Louis was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I called to ask about viewing a bike and he said sure no problem, nothing unusual with that but what I liked was he didn't ask which one, which to me showed he has confidence in every bike he's selling, he didn't need to know so he could prep it or make sure it was okay for a viewing as he has faith in all the bikes he's selling. I ended up buying two. He gave me what I considered a good deal and arranged delivery literally for the next day. The bikes arrived on time, all serviced and ready to ride. it's a pleasure to do!
Dealing with Lmt motorcycles has been a revelation. REALLY good.
I'm at the age where I needed to rethink the weight and size of bikes that I can manage.
Its daunting, I realistically needed to change 4 bikes. I saw the Lmt website, and Ebay listings. We are talking a LOT of fantastic bikes available, so I went to visit them.
The premises is large. Impressive!
From the first contact and cup of coffee, everything was made easy for me. A friendly welcome, keenness to adapt a deal to my needs, and really good knowledge of the bikes on sale. And there are are loads of nicely prepped machines to see. It's really confidence inspiring when the team of the owner and the company, and the mechanic are both there, explaining clearly and honestly the details and condition of bikes.
A deal was always worked out that worked well for both of us.
Delivery was arranged via them, in my case as part of the deal, and I feel that every effort was made to keep it simple, honest, and most importantly actually....
to make sure that I was happy, and had fair deals on beautiful bikes.
A business that is a credit to the UK. Its great to be able to say that. Well done!
